H.Essers

In Ringsted, 60 km southwest of Copenhagen and along the E20 freeway, a new warehouse is being built for H.Essers.

Willy Naessens Nordics is responsible for the foundations, the entire precast concrete structure, the roof and wall cladding, the steel deck, the SW panels and the smoke hatches.

The warehouse has a total area of approximately 10,000 m², of which 1,300 m² is separately equipped for the storage of flammable and hazardous materials. In addition, two floors of office space with a total area of 1,400 m² will also be constructed.

The entire site is over 70,000 m² in size, providing H.Essers with enough space for future expansion.

Sustainable fact 🌱
All prefabricated parts for this project were shipped from Belgium to Denmark.

The investment is the company’s largest in Denmark to date, and it will help ensure that it can meet the demand for logistics solutions from customers in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries in the future. The new warehouse is scheduled for completion in 2024 and is expected to create more than 150 jobs in Ringsted Municipality in the long term.
